Основное внимание в книге уделено анализу социального неравенства
в вопросах использования благ здравоохранения и поиску путей преодоления
этого неравенства.
Глава по России посвящена неравенству в смертности и
продолжительности жизни мужчин и женщин (гл. 11). Она написана Владимиром
Школьниковым, Марком Филдом и Евгением Андреевым).
