В очередном издании обзора состояния здоровья в Европе
в цифрах за 2020 г. основное внимание уделяется влиянию кризиса
COVID - 19. В главе 1 представлена первоначальная оценка устойчивости
европейских систем здравоохранения к пандемии COVID - 19 и их способности
сдерживать и реагировать на самую серьезную пандемию за последнее
столетие. В главе 2 рассматривается огромное бремя загрязнения воздуха
для здоровья и благополучия как еще одной серьезной проблемы общественного
здравоохранения в европейских странах и подчеркивается необходимость
постоянных усилий по сокращению загрязнения воздуха для смягчения
его воздействия на здоровье и смертность. В пяти других главах представлен
обзор ключевых показателей здоровья и систем здравоохранения в 27
